Cory has the WOW Factor!

The WOW Factor is a prestigious award presented to someone who consistently produces excellent work and deserves recognition throughout the whole of Admiral Group. They are nominated by their manager or colleague, chosen by the Central Quality department and awarded a $70.000 gift card.

If Superman worked at Admiral in Sales, his name would be Cory!

Cory (pictured on the left) approaches each day with a bright, cheerful attitude. Not only does he portray this in his own day-to-day work but he tries to keep everyone else's day upbeat as well. Cory gets to work early every day, has never complained a day in his life, and makes it a point to make work fun for those around him as well. He's a superstar on the phone but more than humble about his accomplishments. Overall, he is just a pleasure to work with.

Not only is Cory outstanding on the phones (nominated for CCR of the month last month), he was also carefully selected as a Call Coach. In his Call Coach position Cory is responsible for helping all of the new hires get comfortable in their roles, aiding in ancillary up sells, compliance, and acting as the ‘go-to' guy for any help they may need. Aside from this Cory has also proactively taken it upon himself to spread his expertise amongst our team as well. He is regularly involved in coaching on the team when it isn't busy, which has really helped to support our new team members and also boost the stats of our team (thus the department) as well. Cory is always willing to step in and lend a hand and this shines through in his work every day.

Aside from all of the above, Cory is a genuinely awesome individual. He is the kind of guy who will overhear that someone has a crashing headache, only to show up at their desk with a freshly bought bottle of Advil for them. There is someone on our team who is gluten intolerant, and when he goes to buy cookies for the team, goes out of his way to pick up a special gluten-free cookie just for her. He has an incredible sense of humour and always makes people laugh. On top of all of this he manages to maintain impeccable attendance, perfect compliance and an incredible sales ability each and every day. He is more than happy to share his knowledge and ability with those around him. If Cory doesn't have the WOW Factor, I really don't know who does.

Not only does Cory exhibit the WOW Factor in his own personal abilities, but he has managed to pour some of his talent and positivity over into those around him. Morale is a huge factor in performance and I can honestly say that Cory is a HUGE contributing factor in the incredible morale that has helped our team to perform so well as a unit. He is an amazing guy and an incredible sales agent.
